Last weekend many of us attended @brickomanie.ca and had a fantastic time. It's always a joy to be around the AFOL community and to be able to share our creations at a show just for Lego! Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the show and to the organizers for all their hard work. Merci! Catch us next at FanExpo Toronto: TODAY through Sunday! #lego #legomoc #legomocs #afolcommunity #brickomanie2026

It was my second time being an exposant at @brickomanie.ca, and it was amazing. I got to meet Jamie Huges, one half of the team that participated in LEGO Masters Season 5 It was great to see familiar faces and getting to meet new ones. It was also the first time one of my creations received so many appreciation tokens. And I got inspired to start building MOCs that are not mosaics. See you next year!! #lego #afol #afolcommunity #legocommunity #brickomanie

Another beautiful artwork from one of our Founding Artists, @plateandtileart. Geoff’s “Cardinal” transforms a family painting into a striking LEGO mosaic, recreating the original artwork while preserving its artistic roots. A meaningful piece where family, art and brick building come together. Friday Follows!!! 🧱✨ This week we are checking out some 🔥 artistic talent. From incredible drawings to vibrant designs and mosaics, these three creators prove that our hobby is a true art form. 1️⃣ @brickdistorted - You have to check out the mind-bending remixes this creator produces! They take official sets, like The Globe or the Stormtrooper Helmet, and breathe new life into them with shockingly bold color schemes. It completely transforms the vibe of the build. If you head over to their website, they even have an interactive slider that lets you swipe between the original and their vibrant remixed piece. 2️⃣ @tassembles - This profile brings an incredibly unique artistic spin to our hobby by crafting beautiful drawings of the @lego sets they build and sometimes animating the artwork. Their recent animation of the Speed Champions: DeLorean speeding to 88mph as lightning strikes the Clock Tower is absolutely elite. (Side note: Did anyone else hear that rumored Clock Tower modular set news yesterday?!). 3️⃣ @plateandtileart - For anyone who thought assembling the Rivendell roof tiles was a test in patience, this creator says “hold my beer 🍺.” Their account showcases absolutely breathtaking, true-to-life mosaic art built entirely out of studs and tiles. It is fascinating to watch their process and see how thousands of individual pieces come together to create a seamless, lifelike image. Every single piece matters here. Go give these artists some ❤️ in their comments today! #lego #legocommunity #afol #fridayfollows #fridayfollow
