I was so excited to see @playcandyland in class today!!

I’m learning to love my body at every phase it has carried me through. Right now I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, but I’m also the strongest, happiest, most fulfilled I’ve ever been. And I think because of those things I look the best I’ve ever looked. There are of course things I’d like to change. It’s hard getting into poses or running certain paces being at the weight I’m at. And it’s also not good for me long term. Buttttt I’m so grateful for the body I’m looking at in the mirror. And she deserves all the love and adoration for everything she’s endured. Mentally. Physically. And I’m grateful for the self love this new hot yoga endeavor has given me in just the 2 ish weeks I’ve been doing this. ❤️ @ritualhotyoga

Jiu jitsu is a pursuit that pulls me forward. That pull is necessary when it comes to long term health.

I don't have to exercise like this, I want to!

The desire keeps me coming back. And that keeps me strong and in motion. It creates consistency.

Consider your perspective on the exercise you do.

Do you absolutely love it?

If not, considering finding something new.

spooky szn is fun when you’re running with the crew through the city @runthecity_ut 🤟🎃🧡👻🍂💀 and a reminder that running doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. REAL.

Do you like to dress up for a Halloween run??
