Fatherhood comes alive in moments like these. where sweat meets solidarity and every rally quietly shows us we’re building something special, a brotherhood rooted in faith and shared experience. This isn’t just about padel; it’s about connection, support, and growing together as Black Muslim fathers navigating this journey side by side.

This padel event is just one of many new activities our Young Fathers community is bringing to life, creating a fresh space where fathers can come together, support each other, and build lasting bonds. If you’d like to join us at the next gathering, please feel free to send us a DM-we’d love to welcome you into this growing family.

Big shoutout to my brothers @yungfilly and @chunkz for featuring me on @chunkzfillyshow podcast! They discussed the benefits of training, even if you’re not a footballer. Filly emphasized how he’s getting fit by doing what he loves – playing football – and how he has swapped the gym for the pitch.

While I’m not saying to skip the gym (as 50% of my business is gym-based), it’s important to highlight alternative ways to stay fit without always relying on a treadmill for a 5k run.

Much love to my brothers for the mention on the best podcast on YouTube! ❤️

I might not be a pro, it wasn’t a championship or premier league game but one of my dreams came true yesterday. My step dad seeing me play at a top stadium & it was all got a great cause, topped of with a win! ❤️

A big thank you to everyone who came down to @officialqpr yesterday to support such an amazing charity @beder_uk yesterday. All the funds yesterday will help the charity continue to support people in need with mental health 🙏

2 charity games so far, 2 winners medals. Both my clients @emansv2 & @jelani.i on the scoresheet & I stood in a wall with @thelawnlad. Sep 21st 2010, real ones know! 🏆
