PAX Aus Day 1!

It was so hot I lasted less than one hour in cosplay before I went back to my hotel to change. What a great day nonetheless!

We went straight to the @anzcreators meet where I got to meet a bunch of my closest friends for the very first time. It was magical! Then you know I had to go straight to @kingscomics to pick up some goodies. I tried out Mimicry by @waywardskies_studio and The Isle of Lost Bees @playlostbees ! I’m super keen to play these on stream!

At the end of the day it was time to head to the @anzcreators afterparty! The chats were so good we yapped so hard until they kicked us out.

What an incredible day. I feel so fortunate that the Overwatch OCE community is as lovely as they are🥹 I love you all so dearly, thank you for welcoming me with open arms 💜

This was a really hard day for someone with POTS as the weather almost reached 30 and ya girl was strugglinggg! Thank you everyone for being patient & kind and thank you to my mod crew for having my back online & at PAX!

🎮 @paxaus 2026 – DAY 3: ALL ABOUT THE INDIES! 🇦🇺

Day 3! Is indie game day! I spent today exploring the indie booths, chatting with devs, and getting hands-on with a massive variety of games.

Here’s some of the best of what I checked out today

🐝 The Isle of Lost Bees – @playlostbees

🍽️ Dungeons and Dining Tables – @catalystgamess

🐱 Schrödinger’s Cat Burglar – @abandonedsheepdev

🤖 Project Break//Down – Fist Face Studios

🧙 Toil & Trubble – Disparity Games

🐧 Penguin Colony – @fellowtravellergames

🏂 Skiers Landing – @platypuspeak

🐦 Pie in the Sky – @monstershopgames

☁️ Cloudlings – @middlespacegames

😱 X300 – @x300game

🌈 Foodomina – @foodomina

💪 My Arms Are Longer Now – @wearetootgames

🧟 Killing Things With Your Friends – @ktwyfgame

A massive shoutout to all the developers who brought their games to PAX Aus this year. It’s always one of my favourite parts of the convention, discovering something new and getting to chat directly with the people making these games.

If something catches your eye, go give the developers a follow and check out their games! ❤️

Which of these would you play first? 👀

🎡💜 POV: You survived PAX… but now you have to survive the PAX blues. 🥹

Anyone else go from days of excitement, incredible people, amazing indie games and barely any sleep… to sitting at home wondering what to do with themselves? 😂😭

Because SAME.

The post-convention comedown is REAL, and I've definitely been feeling it since coming home from PAX Aus 2026.

Sometimes it's not just the event we miss. It's the people, the connections, the excitement and that feeling of being surrounded by people who just get you. 💜

So I've put together a little guide for anyone else feeling flat, emotional, exhausted or just missing that PAX magic. 🫶

✨ Give yourself time to recover.
💜 Let yourself feel the feelings.
📸 Hold onto those memories.
🎮 Keep playing and supporting indie games.
🫶 Stay connected with your community.

You can be grateful for an amazing experience and still feel sad that it's over. Both things can be true. ❤️

👉 Swipe through for some gentle reminders, and remember, the community doesn't end when PAX does!

💬 Community check-in: Have the PAX blues hit you too? What's one memory from this year's PAX that still makes you smile? 💜

My last day of PAX was all about exploring PAX Rising with an incredible range of indie games! I can't get over how talented and creative these devs are ~ these are some of my favourites I found, and I'll be doing a post diving deeper into these games soon!

The isle of lost bees is a cozy idle game where you and your collection of Australian bees harvest pollen, research flowers, and uncover the island’s secrets. You’re a bee-obsessed researcher on an island devoid of humans. You never seemed to need human contact anyway. #indiegames #cozygame #paxaus @triplebeegames
