POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here’s to a year of doing more of the things that make me feel alive 🥹🤎 More trying new things, moving my body, keeping good company, laughing until my cheeks hurt, and making room for the little moments that make life beautiful.

I want a life filled with stories to tell, memories to look back on, people who make my heart happy, and a thousand little reasons to thank God.

More living, less waiting. More joy, more love, more life. Happy birthday to ME😍🥂✨

Padel is taking over Nairobi, but so are the court injuries! 🎾💥
Doc Sharon breaks down the most common injuries we’re seeing in Padel players and how to stay on court pain-free:
Padel Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis): Repetitive wrist extension from off-center off-the-wall shots.
Achilles & Plantar Strain: Sudden explosive sprints, rotational pivots, and quick stops.
Rotator Cuff Strain: High-velocity overhead smashes without proper shoulder warm-ups.
Calf & Hamstring Pops: Quick lateral directional shifts on artificial turf.
Staying active at @playonpadelke Don't let a minor court tweak turn into a long-term setback.

New racket, a good training session and a little inter-club drama 😅😅

Training: @padel_tennis_kenya
Racket: @dropshotpadel.ke

Now that i've got my new racket...do you think I'm ready for that inter-club rematch?

Four years ago, Nairobi had one padel court. Today, the city is firmly on the international circuit.

What began as a niche social sport has grown into a culture of its own — part competition, part community, part lifestyle. This weekend’s first FIP Silver in Nairobi marked another milestone in a rise that has happened remarkably fast.

From one court in Lavington to internationally ranked players competing in the capital, Kenya’s padel story is only getting started.

The question now isn’t whether Nairobi has embraced padel — it’s how far the city can take it.

Rivalry, intensity, and plenty of padel. 🎾🔥

Last weekend, The Padel Point went head-to-head with @playonpadelke in an action-packed Interclub Tournament and what a battle it was!

After a day of big points, tough rallies, and serious competition, Playon Padel came out on top. 🏆👏

Congratulations to the winners, and respect to every player who stepped onto the court and gave it everything. The competition may have ended, but the rivalry is only getting started. 👀

Until the next one. 🎾🔥
