🤝PLAYSE x ONE FC had the privilege, during the international break, of hosting 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿England international Eddie Nketiah, currently playing for Crystal Palace, who previously played for Arsenal and came through Chelsea’s Blues academy.

📊He had an individual maintenance session with coach Bouba, technical and methodology director of ONE FC and PLAYSE, built around a typical PLAYSE methodology session, focused on 👀🦻🙌🏿🦵🏿perceptual-cognitive🧠🤯 work: scanning, concentration, decision-making under pressure, and execution through fundamental technique, motor skills repertoire, overall coordination, and quality of footwork.

🎯With a player at this level, the goal was also to optimize efficient use of the body, the ability to move in all directions with agility and lateral movement, and to accelerate quickly to cover distance in a straight sprint or broken run.

✅Finally, there was a specific attacking block focused on the relationship with the ball, working on first touch quality, interaction, and ⚽️finishing in front of goal🥅.
