Finally got to play with family on my @playslotshot boards. It was a lot of fun even for the non disc loving family members. Highly recommend to a friend 👌

The word is in: I’m playing Maple Hill tomorrow 😅
.
No, I am not fully healed. No, I can’t throw full power, but I think I have enough in me to try. My expectations are tempered but I just love this course and event so much that I have to give it a go! I tee at 8:40am and I’ll probably start warming up now 😂

I know this is long, but here’s the first half of my update on the tricep
.
I plan to make my decision on the event by tomorrow night.

CORNHOLE… BUT WITH DISCS?!

We discovered SlotShot at the 2026 Hershey RV Show, and this game definitely caught our attention!

Think cornhole, but instead of bean bags, you’re throwing soft rubber discs into slots. It looks easy to learn, but I have a feeling it gets competitive FAST!

This could be a perfect addition to RV camping, tailgating, backyard gatherings, and family fun.

Would you give SlotShot a try? YES or NO? Tell us in the comments!

Hey guys! This is not a regular disc golf post, but I just wanted to invite y’all into my life and share a little bit of what I love to do outside of disc golf 😮‍💨

Enjoy some of these photos and my two fits lol 😭👌🏽 Just a little glimpse into the things that make me happy when I’m not on the course. Love y’all!

Made the cut at worlds and cashed with a torn tricep. That’s gotta be something right?
.
While practicing for worlds the pain in my tricep hit a new high, I strained it back at Ledgestone during my final practice round at Northwood black and It’s been moderately irritating at best since then. Only causing an issue during power forehands so I haven’t been worried about it but this week I started to get sharp pain everytime I threw and putt and I couldn’t open my van door or pull and move things in the van. I almost dropped the event Wednesday morning before teeing off
.
I’m not exactly sure if I’m happy I pushed through or not, but I can say that I’m proud I made the cut, finished the event, and even had an event average above my rating even without access to my forehand (other than 3 pitch outs that were painfully unavoidable)
.
I can’t thank my mom enough for caddying and being there for me this week. And to the support from friends and cardmates as they found out what was happening..
.
All that being said I’ve made the decision to drop Idlewild and go home to try and rehab my arm before playoffs in Vermont. Thanks to everyone for the support and all the people who followed FPO this week or said hello after the rounds, it really makes these events special
.
Take care ✌🏻

Got to spend a good part of the day at Worlds with the kiddo! 🥏

It was wet, it was chaotic, and we had an absolute blast anyway. A little bummed they were out of the T-shirts, but overall a good time.

Kiddo had fun, I had fun, and we made some pretty great memories. ❤️

Also… it was wet out so at least I have a good excuse as to why I didn’t take many pictures today 🤣🤷‍♀️
