I hope this brings some peace and calm to your day. I’m trying to slow down more. I’ve been hyper most of my life. And it’s been fun. And still is. And I’m starting to learn the practice of slowing down. Calm. This is such a beautiful piano from @pleaseplaymepianos painted by the 2026 Brandon Fellows of GCCA, with supervising artist @bellabishara by @artcentergvl | With thanks to pianist and tuner @simondonoghue for getting Pebbles the Piano in great shape for a day of playing, and to @scartscomm who awarded us a grant to help maintain our public art.😌 in the @villagewgvl | To help us place, maintain, move, and tune these pianos —and support local artists—please consider donating $10 to PLEASE PLAY ME PIANOS at the link in the bio. Your support makes music and magic happen throughout the Upstate! 🎹🤩🪄 . THANK YOU!
This project is funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts.#pianorelaxation #pianoart #pianorelax #emotionalpiano #slowpiano

I’ve heard music can make a positive difference. I’ve been learning not to wait for “perfection” but to offer it. Offer it anyway. For the good of mankind and the universe and the good of all. So here. I’ll continue to offer what I have been blessed with. To hopefully make a positive difference. That’s the goal. #makeadifference #keepshining🌟 #shareyourgifts #shareyourheart #shareyourpassion I can’t say THANK YOU enough to @pleaseplaymepianos for all of the dedication to spreading the joy of music PUBLICLY for FREE! I love these pianos! Especially this one that @marcmaniac painted! It’s freaking amazing! And @bridgewaystation is always such a MAGICAL place to be able to play piano - whenever I want 😁

Ran into a piano from @pleaseplaymepianos today. It had butterflies on it and it was so beautiful so I had to stop and make up a little song! Apparently it sounds like classic rock!!! 🦋🤘🏼🗿

My daddy held me in his lap while he played piano when I was just a baby…24 years later and I get to do it for my niece 💕
