🍂🌻 Thursday Night Sound Baths at Pleasure Point Sanctuary 🌻🍂 This Thursday is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and tend to your inner garden. A little respite goes a long way. As the Tuesday night beach sound baths have come to a close, I am bringing on-body crystal harp into the studio. If you have been joining me at the beach, come experience the studio version this season. Warm, cozy, featuring live Celtic harp with Nadine, complete with blankets and props, and the option to receive on-body crystal harp. Sit and find stillness, soften into gentle breathwork, and relax into restorative poses as waves of sound wash over you. With guided meditation, yoga nidra, and my gentle lyrics guiding you back to your heart space, the beautiful Celtic harp will weave a tapestry for your inner garden meditation. Come home to yourself, honor what is present, and make this practice your own. You are welcome just as you are. 📅 Thursday, October 22 🕰️ 7:30 to 8:30 PM 📍 Pleasure Point Sanctuary, yoga studio 🎫 $25 drop in. Sign up on MindBody or arrive early to check in. 💛 One Last Gift to Santa Cruz Before I move to Hawaii, I am offering private and group sound baths on a sliding scale through mid-November. Sessions are available for women's circles, corporate groups, retreats, families, and individuals. Outdoor offerings including beach, forest, and private garden sound baths are available, weather permitting. As a certified sound practitioner, I am also now offering on-body crystal harp sessions, rooted in years of intuitive exploration with the Quartzophone, and will soon be teaching a course on this practice. Send me a DM or email Thelovebyrdsmusic@gmail.com to book. 🎶 My first song release Peaceful Place (featuring @justinmosleymusic on the Celtic harp) is coming soon, including a music video filmed at the final beach sound bath! The leaves are settling into the soil. The mornings feel more brisk. The ocean ebbs and flows with a new fury. The fury of fall and an approaching winter.  The darker evenings invite us to settle in. The sunsets and sunrises glow with a unique hue particular to this season.  Amongst it all- I feel a settling in. A settling into fall, and to the coming winter.  I feel the building of nourishing fall practices. The way my body craves warming foods and relaxing movement like yin. I feel the way dance classes pull me from my cave and bring me back into community.  It’s a settling that is very nourishing. And a settling that knows that beyond the horizon of this fall and winter depth- is growth.  It really is a beautiful in between. A time to be with the transitions and just enjoy the pause. And even, the darkness. I would love to invite you to reflect- what does settling into this season look like to you? How do your mindfulness and movement practices shift? What kind of movement is calling you? If you feel called to share- send your response- we would love to hear what’s shifting for you as well! ——— Speaking of transitions: in our expanding dance and movement studio you will see more barre and more pilates on the schedule along with some very fun dance classes! So if you find yourself a little too cozy in your den needing to peek your head out and connect with community- we’ve got you!
