Hosted by Hamptons Magazine, the first annual Hamptons Sweat brought the East End community together for a day of wellness, movement, and connection at the Southampton Art Center. The experience featured a restorative sound bath by Christiana Schelfhout at Shou Sugi Ban House and fitness classes led by instructors Heather Andersen, Walter Savage, Waz Ashayer, and Brooke Burnside, alongside activations from Alex Vinash, Clarity Mind Studio, Drift Wellness, Lifeway Kefir, Naturally Serious Skincare, Plentea Matcha, and Scott’s Protein Balls. 100% of the ticket sales went to The Southampton Hospital Foundation. Guests left with a gift bag of goodies from The Wellground located in Sag Harbor.
