NL below 🌟 Initiative & Reflection 🌟 Ready to Dance and Enthusiasm Over the past 2 months, I've hosted 4 workshops where participants of the "Hormones in the Workplace" workshop came together to talk about the powers of our hormone cycle. With two groups of women, we delved into the different phases throughout our lifes of our cycle, all the way to menopause. We discussed questions like: ➡ How can I articulate my experience better? ➡ What support can I ask for? ➡ How can I use my strengths in my work? Here are some participant responses: - "I wish I had known this earlier!" - "I want more understanding from my colleagues." - "Now I understand better why I feel what I feel!" - "I can now take better care of myself and allow myself to rest when my body needs it." A big thank you to CNV and CNV Youth for 4 inspiring sessions! Looking for a tailored workshop for employees, management, or clients? Drop me a message, and let's brainstorm together! 📩

What are practical ways to improve PMS? That's a question that sparked some insightful discussions during the last two workshops I hosted with @claireboom at @recover.food in Amsterdam! Together with, we delved into the reality of the menstrual cycle and nutrition. From understanding hormones to discovering how they can be our allies, we talked PMS, birth control and food during the workshop 'Navigate your Cycle'. A review from a participant: “I had a lovely, inspiring and educational evening with Claire and Pleun about the female cycle. As a woman of 30 years old, I was surprised by the little knowledge I had about such a big thing going on in my body and making me a fertile woman. I thought it’s something I just had to deal with, even if it was influencing my life in such a painful and annoying way. But that’s absolutely not the case. And as I know I am not the only one, I really think every (young) woman should attend at least one evening with these two vibrating women to get aware about what’s happening, but also to feel understood and to know that you’re not alone in this. So many women struggle with their cycle, mood swings, fertility and so much more. It’s really important to invest in yourself as knowledge makes everything a little easier.” Www.workyourflow.nl Two people in a cafe

Tied Together As spring came, everything changed. There was courage in our chests and butterflies in our stomachs. Which drove us to hatch from our shells, grow tall by the support of our roots and feel the soft flush of spring on our heads for the first time in years — as we shed the protection of wigs and scarves from our heads and ventured out to nature hand in hand. Thank you to @imke.vanhees @pleunandriessen and @elleninzuid for this peaceful moment in nature. With you, I forgot about everything else around us like the passing people and their gazes💚 Come see my graduation project at the KABK Graduation Show 8-11 July💐💐💐
