Hello friends in Chișinău!

My sister is visiting us again. She is an outstanding singer, a performer of her own original music, and a facilitator of unique voice-based practices.

No, she does not teach vocal technique, bel canto, or anything like that. She works with the voice as a tool for self-discovery and for exploring one’s relationship with reality.

Join us for an introductory course on January 24–25 and experience something that has never happened to you before.

“When we really allow ourselves to receive the touch of sound, it’s not just through the ears. It’s a full body sensation. It’s sensual, it’s vibrational, and it has the capacity to reorganize us.”

🎶 Are you in or near Hudson, NY? 🌕

Join us for this first ever incubator of Marisa and Faye’s shared vision for a collective movement that includes personal somatic vocal practice, CG Jung-inspired psyche work, and an inside-out approach to group vocal improvisation as a way to connect to deeper layers of Self, Truth and Aliveness.

We will explore both verbal and non-verbal ways of relating to each other, practicing staying true to our singular signal, our individual expressive posture, even as we reach beyond ourselves to consciously connect to the shared group field.

Faye, joining VoDe founder Marisa and traveling in from Berlin, is an influential artist traveling the world sharing performances, grief rituals and workshops. For three years she was the facilitator, artistic consultant and integration program designer for Gabor Mate’s Kiyumi psychedelic retreats before leaving corporate psychedelia and further committing to her deeper calling as the founder of PLEXUS - weaving a sound reality. This is a special opportunity for NY-ers to experience a journey day led by Faye. Reach out for more info.

We have shifted the schedule and pricing structure of this Voice Awakening Incubator. Sliding scale available. Learn more at the bio link spot you know where to go. 🐚

Insight into the psyche of the Israeli state and its genocidal behaviour, from episode 12 of the podcast.

There was a desperate seeking of safety and desire to prevent the trauma of the holocaust from happening again. A Strong state found on narratives of persecution and masculine approach to security led to a disconnection from the land and the soul.

Understanding this is essential towards finding true peace and reconciliation.

Faye Shapiro @fayefeya is a master vocalist, independent therapist, and introvert activist. She is the creatrix of @plexus_voice—a psycho-somatic technology for self-discovery and expressive empowerment, designed to weave a new sound reality for personal and collective healing.

Faye draws from a deep well of spiritual, biological, and quantum physics traditions to offer a masterclass on sound, healing, and expression along with a message of love.

Faye shares powerful insights from her own journey and therapeutic practice, which is informed by Vipassana, Jungian psychology, Amazonian shamanism, and NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) trauma healing, among others. At the heart of her work is a call to reconnect with the vibration of our own bodies—as an antidote to the fear, anxiety, and cultural disconnection of modern life.
She also offers practical tools and somatic perspectives—which she uses in her workshops and private sessions—that help us feel the touch of sound through our senses and reconnect with our inner voice.
Faye is also a multidisciplinary artist. Her music can be found on all major platforms, including this beautiful track sampled in the intro:
“Even” on YouTube
Originally from Israel, Faye brings a trauma-informed and energetic perspective to the the state of Israel’s genocidal policies, offering a vision of healing and redemption. Moving from a Dark Forest present to a Light Forest World.

I invite you to join this transmission of Light and bring it into your own life.
