POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For this week, notice the small, simple moments that bring you joy: the smell of coffee, laughter, sunlight, a quiet moment of gratitude.

Write each one down as it happens. This helps you spot joy as it unfolds naturally in your day, and purpose is often revealed through the moments that consistently bring us energy and meaning.

Comment 𝐉𝐎𝐘 and I’ll send you The Joy List so you have a place to start writing them down.

Sometimes the biggest shifts begin with a quiet question.

Not a crisis.
Not a dramatic turning point.
Just a small moment of wondering what the next chapter might hold.

For many women, this stage of life brings a different kind of reflection.
A gentle curiosity about purpose, direction, and what feels meaningful now.

If this reflection resonates with you, the Ikigai Reflection Workbook offers a thoughtful space to begin exploring those questions at your own pace.

You can find it through the link in my bio.
