https://youtu.be/3m-az7KJYlI?is=Ys2xm-RzNAS6pBkS - Last night, I had a dream where I was doing all kinds of things instead of making music. I was in a massage therapy clinic, and suddenly, I saw the singer from Groundation #harrisonstafford walk past me in my dream. I told myself I wasn’t going to follow him, because I had already tried and couldn’t make it work.

Then, in the dream, I realized: I need to take music seriously instead of going in every direction, because this is my path. 🎶

Believe me, I didn’t plan any of this… but by pure coincidence, I found an old video on my hard drive from the day I played on stage with the original members of Groundation in Nancy, France, back in April 2015 — right next to the music school I was attending few years before playing with them. 🤯

Finding that video immediately reminded me of the dream I had the night before. So I decided to play along with the concert and film it. 🙏🏽

Here’s “Wanna Know”, with me on drums (playing this particular song again for the first time in a very long time). 🥁♿🔥

Sometimes life sends you a reminder exactly when you need it. Maybe this is mine. ❤️‍🔥

A little photo dump from the past few days.

I had the chance to see Celeste live at the Olympia in Paris. A beautiful performance in such an iconic venue.

And here’s my latest drum cover: “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg.”

Originally recorded by The Temptations in 1966, this Motown classic remains one of my favorite songs. I also love The Aggrolites’ version, with its unique Dirty Reggae groove.

This cover is my way of paying tribute to both versions and to the amazing musicians behind this arrangement:

Some people have announced the release of Roots, Rock, Reggae: Live at the Hammersmith Odeon, a previously unreleased concert recording captured 50 years ago in London, England. The album is set to be released on August 14, 2026—just two days before my birthday. The first single is already out, and it inspired me to record this drum tribute to Bob Marley & The Wailers and the drummer Carlton Barrett.🥁🇯🇲🎶

This is my drum cover of “Roots, Rock, Reggae,” celebrating the timeless music and legacy of Bob Marley & The Wailers. One love! ❤️💛💚 #BobMarley #TheWailers #RootsRockReggae #ReggaeMusic #OneLove @bobmarley @jr.astonbarrett @barrettbrothers @thewailersofficial

My snare drum literally fell in the middle of the recording (pull up 😂), and on top of that the video framing isn’t exactly fantastic. But at the end of the day, what really matters is the music and paying tribute to Sly Dunbar — even though I think it’s actually Style Scott from the Roots Radics playing on this track. That way, it’s a tribute and an honor to everyone.

RIP Maestros 🇯🇲🙏🥁 #Reggae

Full song : https://youtu.be/jnxFBtQ5o-g?feature=shared brothers and sisters in the faculty of soul

I’m here to cleanse the devil out, and make you whole

I’m doing this thing from the steeple, with more glory to the people

that when you wake up in the morning and the dawning with a smile on your face

give thanks for another day of grace

for living and loving and being a part of the human race

there is so much bad in the best of us, and so much good in the worst of us

that it behooves none of us to think ill of the rest of us

because love is what we need, love is my creed

love is such a hurting thing, yet it is such a many splendored thing

nobody meets you when you’re down and out, so always stay on top

remember- it’s your thing, ain’t nobody can tell you who to give it to

give your next door neighbor just a little bit, a little bit of sympathetic understanding while you make your proud landing

(instrumental break)

and if the life you lead is single, learn brothers and sisters how to mingle

and if the life you lead is double, stay out of trouble

because in this world of ordinary people, extraordinary people i’m glad there is you

people who meet people and need people are the happiest, luckiest people in the world
