The worst kept secret — we made an album! Our trio - Crosshatch - is so excited and humbled to share our debut self titled record! This has been such a long time coming, and we hope that this music is able to communicate the feelings of joy, comfort, and straight up love that we feel for one another. Full album is out October 23rd!
-
In preparation for our BIG release, our first single “Twin Kitties” will be releasing in ONE week on October 2nd, and will be available on all streaming services (except for stupid spotify)!
-
Stay tuned for more announcements in the near future, we may in fact be coming to play in a (Danish) city near you :P

Happy to share that my composition “The Guardians,” from Journey to a New World, was selected as one of three finalists in the Jazz category of the 2026 John Lennon Songwriting Contest.

Big thanks to @remyleboeuf @aki_ishiguro_ @chrispattishall @rickrosatobass & @kennsalters for bringing the music to life on the recording I submitted; to @plkarl for the studio and engineering; and to Jordi at @freshsoundrecordsmusic for believing in the music and helping put it out into the world.

I’m also looking forward to receiving some great gear from @rolandglobal @audiotechnicausa @avidtechnology @solidstatelogic & @reasonstudios as part of the finalist prize package.

Grateful for the recognition, and congratulations to the other finalists as well. 🙏🏼🎺🎶

Loveland Music proudly presents the mesmerizing solo bass clarinet album “BCDELUXE” (releases Sept. 18 on limited edition vinyl) by Andrew D’Angelo. 💜

In a poetic soundworld that defies categorization, BCDELUXE draws on years of immersion in the bass clarinet as a solo instrument — unfolding across 12 tracks free in spirit, clear in tonality, and drifting through an intimate, chamber-like ambience. Produced in collaboration with Peter Karl.

Listen to the first 5 tracks exclusively on Bandcamp @lovelandcph from today: lnk.to/BCDELUXE

Andrew D’Angelo’s “BCDELUXE” follows a series of visionary solo works released on Loveland Music including Mark Turner’s “We Raise Them To Lift Their Heads”, Palle Mikkelborg’s “Light”, and Thomas Morgan’s “Around You Is A Forest”.
