Peter is 78 years old. Five months ago he started training with me to improve his strength, balance, and mobility. Today he’s deadlifting 72kg for 8 reps with excellent technique. 💪 And this is just one exercise from his program. Peter can also e.g:• Hold a 40-second isometric core hold• Perform push-ups• Hip extend 60kg with a barbell• Maintain great balance, mobility and coordination He trains three days per week, following a structured strength program. 🏋️‍♂️ And the most important factor? Consistency and commitment. Watching someone train like this at 78 years old is incredibly inspiring. 👏 It’s proof that: It doesn’t matter if you start at 40, 50, 60, or even 70+. With the right guidance and a smart program, your body can still become stronger, more capable, and more resilient. Age is not the limitation. The real question is: Are you ready to start? If you’d like to learn more about training with me, send me a DM and we can organise an assessment to chat about the best way to help you move better and get stronger. work with clients in person and online, and I’d be happy to help. 🤝 Coach Bezzy 👊 #strongatanyage #over60fitness #healthyaging #strengthtraining #longevityfitness

78 Years Old. Training Glutes. 💪 This is a raw, unfiltered clip of Peter working hard on one of the most important exercises you can do. The barbell hip thrust. 👊🏻😇 When we started 3 months ago, it was just bodyweight glute work. Step by step, with a solid plan and consistency, Peter is now lifting 40kg with perfect form and pauses at the top. Well done Peter 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ✅ Stronger glutes = stronger back, hips, and knees ✅ Better balance and stability ✅ Lower risk of falling ✅ More strength to sit, stand, and stay independent It’s not just about aesthetics. Glute training is the foundation of strength, longevity, and pain-free movement, no matter your age. If you’re over 40, this should be your reminder, it’s never too late to get stronger, protect your back, and build the confidence to look good at the beach and feel good every day. 😇👊🏻😇 👉 DM me PRIME and I’ll show you how I can train you, build you a program that gets you in shape, keeps you strong, pain-free, and in your prime for life.
