Got to love a moonlit ride 🌙🚲 followed by a kebab, a few beers and the cutest little pub puppy 🐶❤️

Honestly, how can Tuesday get any better?!

Make your Tuesday a Bike n Beer night 🍻🚲
Get out, get muddy, have a laugh and finish the day with good people, good food and a cosy pub.

The evenings are definitely drawing in… 🌅🚲

Lights are now needed for Tuesday night’s Bike n Beer rides — but that can only mean one thing… 🍂🔥

There are log fires and cosy pubs waiting for us afterwards! 🔥🍺

So grab your lights, wrap up warm and come and ride your way into autumn with us.

Because the nights might be getting darker, but the fun definitely isn’t! 💪🚵‍♀️

Still smiling... and still a little emotional. ❤️

This Tuesday night I was completely surprised with a celebration for Off Root's 10th birthday. Somehow you all managed to keep it a secret! Thank you Shapour & family for opening your home to everyone .

Thank you to every single person who has been part of this journey. I feel incredibly blessed, lucky and grateful.

Off Root is what it is because of you all—our amazing young riders, the adults who keep coming back week after week, and our fantastic instructors who help inspire confidence, skills and a love of riding.

You've been there through some of my hardest moments, from losing my dad to recovering after being knocked off my bike. Yet every week, you remind me why I do this. Coaching, riding and sharing the trails with such wonderful people brings me so much happiness.

Thank you for believing in Off Root and for believing in me.

Here's to the next 10 years of adventures, laughter, muddy bikes and making even more memories together. ❤️🚵

Golden hour, bluebell trails, and the perfect ride-out 🍻🌿

Stunning evening chasing bluebells and riding into the sunset… topped off perfectly with beer and chips. Simple evenings, best days 💛🚴‍♀️

Yesterday = Monday motivation.
Today = Tuesday nights, bikes & beers.

The Marmite ride (if you know, you know)… and it’s serving up an absolute corker.
Love it or hate it — I’m firmly in the love it camp. 🔥🍻🚵‍♀️

St Patrick’s Day 🍀… not that we ever need an excuse to top up our iron levels with a perfectly poured pint of Guinness 😏🍺

Rolled out and rolled back to @appletreehaslemere, finished strong with kebabs from the van… absolutely hit the spot 🔥

Super weekend a couple weeks back. Went to a strange festival down the road 👀, the canyon at devils bridge and a gorgeous butterfly house. All laced with some chill time and a spot of tennis on the mossy court. I think we even drafted in a 3 years old grounds keeper. 🤭 Love spending time with these guys! X
