Here it is..Talksopedia taking a sneak peek into the milestones covered and moving forward with more vigor .

Many people often ask me " What is Talksopedia's Business model?" and I reply..."Nothing because it was not started for commercial purposes. It was started because I had nothing else to do during lockdown in 2020 and I knew there are many like me who are sitting at home waiting for a sign to come out of lockdown depression. Thats how Talksopedia was born. There was no money involved. No penny was given..No penny was taken!!

What did I gain...Then?

Every guest who appeared on the show had a story to share. Every story carried a special lesson. A lesson of trial & triumph, Struggle & success, Pain & pleasure, Obstacles And opportunities!! I gained those pearls of wisdom. The show also tested my ability of going beyond (across the borders too) and contacting individuals to appear on the show. It included many celebrities as well. I stretched my limits. At times I got disappointed but most of the times, it was worth risk taking. With well known personalities like Kiran Dembla The champion Body Builder & Celebrity Fitness Trainer, World's Youngest Professor soborno Isaac Bari, The Voice Participant Janaki Eswar, Qatar 107 FM Presenter RJ Ved, Amazon Best selling Authors Sundari Venkat Raman and Inspiring Jatin , the One man Band of India Gladson and the Bullet Couple coming on the show, I realised that kind and humble people do exist.

With that faith and belief in my heart, we are all set to take another giant leap this year starting 21st Jan 2022 at 2:30 PM Qatar Time; 5 PM IST.

Colocasia leaves harvested..

They are also called Arbi leaves, Patra, Taro leaves etc..
I use them in making Patode as breakfast or afternoon snacks..
Another lovely dish is Aamti made from it ..

Had sown them two months back and this was my harvest a week ago ..leaves already ready for second harvest again..

I love both Arbi and dishes made from it's leaves .. have you tried them.. what dishes you make from them?

Finally have harvested 7 corn cobs ... 🌽🍿
This was my first time growing corn, and it was funn 🤪
.
There were only a few corn kernels in some cobs because of improper pollination.. next time I'll make sure,I plant them closer.. ☘
One cob (pic 3) was too small.. so I fed it to the squirrels.. 🐿

HONAGONE SOPPU (sessile joyweed/Alternanthera sessilis) 🌿

It is a plant known by several common names, including Matikaduri in Assamese, ponnanganni (in Tamil), ponnaganti aaku (in Telugu), honnagone (in Kannada), mukunuwenna (in Sinhala), sessile joyweed and dwarf copperleaf. 🍀☘

In a few regions in south east Asia, especially in South India 🇮🇳 the plant is consumed as a vegetable. 🪴 It is cooked with pulses or grams to make palya 😋 (curry)

This plant is very easy to grow and also invasive. It takes over a large area in a short period of time. It can be easily grown in large shallow pots .🌱

Honagone also has a lot of health benefits..✅

■Cures infertility
■prevents cancer
■helps to reduce night blindness
■regulates nervous system
■cures piles
■Cures jaundice
■used for making medicinal hair oils and Kajal.
