The last stop of the day, and my last of the trip, was Loro Asian Smokehouse and Bar. What I had was good, but a little disappointing. I had originally planned to stay through much of Sunday and visit some stops in Lockhart, but there was a weather advisory for traveling on Sunday so I changed my flight to leave early Sunday morning. I guess if I ever go back to Austin I can try the Lockhart places. #loroasiansmokehouse #roadfood

In France they love quail. In South Georgia we love quail. In fact you’ll find fried quail sold in a lot of small town restaurants in towns you’ve never heard of all over South Georgia. Hell I’ve even seen fried quail at a gas station lunch counter before. I love quail. My kids love quail. I guess you could say I’m the #DelGriffith of quail. Nothing says satisfaction like a trunkful of quail. Perhaps we should spend more time focusing on our similarities rather than our differences. C’est bon! #crackerquailhunt #souega
