Life as a recovering entrepreneur, combined with a deep passion for public speaking, first led me to Toastmasters International, where I competed at the highest level in the Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking. That formative experience sharpened my discipline, elevated my craft, and grounded my understanding of what it truly takes to move an audience with intention and authenticity. That journey eventually led me into the TED and TEDx ecosystem.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the honor of coaching and working globally with CEOs, executives, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs at every stage of growth, executive directors, managers, TEDx speakers, keynote speakers, and college students, each carrying a message with the potential to create impact. Across continents, cultures, industries, and leadership levels, I’ve observed the same reality, messages land most powerfully when people feel seen, respected, and understood.
My work sits at the intersection of multicultural leadership, dignity, and belonging. I often say,“ Relationships are built at the pace of vulnerability, in and within that space and pace, we find connectivity, relatability, and trust. A trust that binds with a potential to bond.” (Speak Now “ An Introduction to Presentation Skills” – Julius S. Adewunmi). Vulnerability creates the space where trust forms across differences of culture, identity, perspective, and lived experience. In that space, leadership becomes human, and communication becomes transformational.

Great speaking begins with knowing your audience and intentionally building a relationship with them. Unlock your voice, clarify your message, and communicate with purpose and confidence in 2026. Click below to secure your place and begin the Speaker Now journey.
