Happy Sunday my loves 🤭🤭 I showed up to my father’s house looking so sweet in this my complete outfit from @plussizejean @theplussizewoman

I originally had another song planned for today but I was passing somewhere on Friday and someone played this medley that is already in my playlist by @loveabolade_ and my spirit just knew I had to use this week.

God bless you Love Abolade for your gift.

@thenimichenbrand_ recommended us to start using @cussonsbabyng and I’m in love with it now😍😍

Have a beautiful week my loves

Happy Sunday my loves ❤️ I had every reason not to show up today mehn because I closed from work around past 8am, I realized I left my tripod at my sister’s place, I didn’t charge my led batteries and so on 😂😂😂 but I barely just started my year and excuses won’t cut it.

It was denim Sunday and I showed this way😊😊

My denim pants: @plussizejean (she’s tested and trusted)

Have a fantastic week ❤️🤏

3 Weeks Post-Surgery —

The biggest testimonies of your life really do occur when you are on the edge…

I had no way of knowing how this almost one year of my life would go — that all my big plans to travel, visit friends, and party the loudest in December 2024 would end in the hospital with a broken tibia.

I didn’t know anyone who had broken a bone, and suddenly, even strangers had opinions on what I could have done differently. Almost one year later, for the first time, I felt the full weight of the losses, disappointments, and pain come down heavily on me. But it didn’t last.

In the past few weeks, I’ve constantly muttered my favourite silent prayer: “God, please join my bone.”

The surgery eventually starts to feel like the easy part once the waiting begins — and I’ve had to restart the countdown over and over again.

Yesterday, someone reminded me that I could keep asking anxiously, or I could count my blessings and truly see the miracles I’ve already been given.

My journey, my troubles — they are not about me.

Not to highlight how strong I am in the face of what has been my most challenging year. It’s bigger than me.

Everything I feared the most already happened.
Every plan I concocted and every assurance I held on to has fallen apart. Yet somehow, I am still here — carried by grace, by love, by the strength of community.

In the midst of this storm, I’ve continued to experience the most mind-blowing testimonies and miracles — especially the power of community and humanity.

How the strength of many can combine to give one person hope in a time of utter despair.

It’s not some strength that I own — it’s the one I’ve been given. And through it all, I’m reminded that it’s all to the Glory of God. In all things, His plan is best.

In your bleakest moments, when your faith is terribly shaken, God will show you a way to live. He will raise helpers and carry you through.

To everyone who donated, reached out, prayed, shared the links, and showed up for me — thank you.
You have been my strength and God’s blessing to me.
