When @iaboyeji told me, “Policy creates markets,” at the DICE event hosted by Dr. @jehimuan a few years ago, it stopped me in my tracks.

Because I had lived the flip side;when policy destroys them too.

A few years ago, I built a crypto-based startup.
We had traction, belief, and momentum.
Then one statement, one policy and everything vanished overnight.

That experience changed me.
It showed me how fragile innovation can be when policy isn’t predictable, accessible, or fair.

So when I started @polysea.app , I knew the mission was bigger than compliance it was about building a bridge between innovation and regulation.

A place where:

Policy is clear, not confusing.

Compliance is simple, not scary.

And the right people are in the room when decisions are made.

With AI, we’re turning policy from a surprise into a strategic advantage
so Nigerians and their businesses can adapt, thrive, and build confidently in any climate.

If policy creates markets, then access to policy should create opportunity.
