When we finaly finished RADIO AVENUE @motorbass with @pnantoine This song went on a long road before reaching the final mix. First I composed it with a kalimba , and a microkorg Then @mariusthorel put a piece of Doliprane cardboard packaging in between the electric guitar chords to have this effect of kalimba sound We recorded it at @stef_prin ' studio . Then @lionelboutang add this cold wave bass we love and other vintage synthetizer . My dear producer @thomasandremusic arranged everything , modified kicks and drums and the tonality of the song . @willserfass also known as @rosciusmusic Made a beautiful version of the track , more in a Radiohead spirit , but I wanted it more positive , as the track is in between minor and major, that's was a chalenge . Then @pnantoine managed to give power to the drums with the incredible plugs machines and compressor @motorbass , we recorded some new voices , like " It's Time " and we decided to keep the bridge of @willserfass version for the end of the track Witch makes this beautiful ethereal flight for the track's finale

Looking back on a few moments of my first fully independent release ✨ Alchemy EP, is out tomorrow on all streaming platforms 🤍 For a catterpillar emerge from a chrysalis and become a butterfly, it first must struggle and its wings could stay frozen and never fly🪽once the wings are formed the transformation is complete. This is what my first EP Alchemy is about - a moment of becoming between darkness and light, and a reminder than even when we spiral, we spiral onwards forwards and outwards 🌀

The Exchange is out on all platforms since June 5 ♾️ Whilst I am full of joy for this release : years of work went into Alchemy EP which will be out everywhere July 10. I collaborated with some incredible friends and creatives for the visuals and the music, before being able to release it. The making of it, with all its trials and revelations, is what is beautiful about it, the process 🔗 Now that AI music is competing with musicians who put many years of work and soul into their art please understand the importance of your support, you, the people 🤍 Stream, save, if you like it, save it in your playlists on Spotify and with your friends 🫶🏻 Us independant artists depend a lot on your support, now more than ever. Physical copies of the EP are in the making and will be available soon. Live shows are coming too. Stay tuned.
