To become great, one must constantly challenge themselves with new variables. If you get comfortable or find yourself working in familiar routines, you must seek the uncomfortable and embrace the new situation that will lead to your growth.

Building confidence and creating trust in your teammates is more important than your skill when it comes to creating consistency.

When a trapeze flyer has ultimate confidence, his control and focus is optimal and he can utilize his full potential.

Flow is when high challenges meet high strengths, a state of happiness where time stops, and you are fully present. -Mihály Csíkszentmiháli

Have you experienced Flow and if so, what were you doing and how did it feel?

A couple of sessions with great coaches and this cutaway Rudy is starting to look and feel like an actual thing. My favorite part of these clips is Jordan’s reaction. #thankyou @beanie.baby.ai and @whirlwind_will for being amazing #circus buddies. @pneumaticarts and @blairintheair for having us. @katiemayi for ice cream, lactaid pills and a good chat. I can’t wait to do it all again, and better! #docoolshit #spinning

Five year anniversary with Cirque du Soleil, Mystere

The most beautiful part of reflecting on these past five years isn’t just seeing the evolution of my flying—it’s recognizing the growth of the woman I’ve become along the way.

I am endlessly grateful for every artist, mentor, and friend who has believed in me, challenged me, humbled me, inspired me, and shared a piece of this journey. Dreams have come true. Injuries have tested me. Setbacks have appeared when I least expected them. Yet the grit, discipline, and consistency this career demands have taught me to face adversity with resilience, curiosity, and even a smile.

There is something incredibly powerful about believing in yourself, especially when life gives you reasons not to.

I’m still struggling to put it all into words, but Cirque has given me so much more than a stage for my passion. It’s the people, lessons, challenges, and growth behind the scenes that have shaped me into who I am today.

What a beautiful paradox: through extreme consistency, I’ve learned to embrace life’s constant change. Growth isn’t linear. It comes in cycles, challenges, breakthroughs, and reinventions. And looking back, I’m grateful for every single one.

Cheers to five years of flying at Mystère—to the techniques learned, the dreams realized, and most importantly, the person I’ve become along the way.
