So this past weekend my fun, talented, loyal artist friend @chersalvatoreart and I were gifted visits from artists @willowrunmarket and @pnjackie. Totally unexpectantly @pnjackie gifted Cher and I these colorful hand stitched aprons ❤️💙💜💛💚Truly INCREDIBLE🧡Never has someone gifted me such a thoughtful LABOR INTENSIVE gift!! I treasure it. And I also treasure the time and memories we made sharing, creating exploring and junking, goofing around, etc. etc.
I’m reminded that even when life is crazy busy/chaotic it’s important to play as adults 🎨🖌️
And if you’re still here (thank you )and if you haven’t “played” for awhile then this is your reminder to do so.
You’re welcome 😜
Have a beautiful rest of your week!
Be well
Amy

Emily. Created alongside @pnjackie in her art barn. She was very inspirational and shared some amazing ideas. (She thought of the quote from Emily Dickinson, which fit this piece perfectly) This vintage clock case and all the other priceless vintage bits came together beautifully. This might be my favorite piece ever! I am grateful and blessed to be able to spend time with Jackie. (Creating, eating yummy food, laughing, talking and so much more) ❤️”“Hope” is the thing with feathers -
That perches in the soul -
And sings the tune without the words…”

“Frida” I got inspired when I bought the vintage tomato cage @luckyjunkshop. I painted her face on a styrofoam head, and her body is also styrofoam. Using vintage jewelry, sewing patterns, vintage flowers and some real dried roses that my beautiful niece gave to me for Mother’s Day! @sandraevertson Frida stamps, went with this perfectly, along with my fave affirmation stamps by Lynne, @stampingandbeyond I used other amazing bits and bobs I used from @pnjackie. We had an amazing weekend together, creating these cage dolls! Please scroll right to see all the pics.

Needing to spend a good amount of time today packaging items to ship tomorrow, as well as going through everything I purchased at auction yesterday! For now, check out these beautiful interior shots of my long time friend (more like family) @pnjackie 's mid century gorgeousness! Swipe for photos! She and her hubby designed and built that wall shelf! The chandelier was a curbside find brought back to life! 😱 Jackie is a published mixed media artist with @stampington and an art blogger! Give her a follow to see her stunning art and mid century design and finds! She has an amazing eye! ✨
