I was asked not too long ago how my year was going.

“Best year of my life.”❤️

Big statement, but I meant it.

And when I started thinking about *why*, it wasn’t the places, the work, the milestones, or any of the things we usually use to measure a good year.

It was my people.

Kicking off my birthday week last Saturday reminded me that there really isn’t much in life that can top being surrounded by people who genuinely show up for you.

Biological family. Chosen family. And the ones who have somehow blurred the line so much that I’m not even sure who belongs in which category 🥰

The people who celebrate you, support you, dance with you, laugh until it hurts, cry when it hurts — and stick around for everything in between.

27 years around the sun, and if there’s one thing I know for sure: this is what rich looks like. 🎂🎉
The kind that matters.
Cheers to another year around the sun with them (and a couple others who couldn’t make it )❤️

🌞NOUVEAUTÉ DE L’ÉTÉ: notre nouvelle boisson Yuzu & Mandarine avec cold foam au matcha 🍊🍵

Ultra rafraîchissante, légèrement acidulée et juste assez sucrée, c’est la boisson parfaite pour les journées d’été!

Pour la lancer, on s’est installé chez @recessthermalstation : un espace de bien-être unique à Montréal où l’on alterne entre sauna, bains froids, aires de repos et moments de détente, le tout dans une ambiance apaisante et un décor magnifique.

Merci à @aesop pour les cadeaux 🩵

La boisson est maintenant disponible au Café Brut, on a hâte de vous la faire découvrir.
