When I originally made the decision to buy a log home the investment was mostly for mental well-being. Little did I know at the time that I was really investing in my future freeze dried snack food company.

When you think about it, the things that we do in our homes and the people that we interact with they all bring memories, and those memories hold deep, sentimental value.

Emotionally I am very sad inside to say goodbye, but I will for sure make sure that every penny gets spent very wisely and goes to good use as far as getting Yo’s ready for commercialization.

I wish the buyer much luck and love with his new investment.

A QUOTE:
I once saw a poster in a dentist office that said:
“When you’re young work hard for your money so that your money can work hard for you when you’re older”. That saying has stuck in my head for many years.

Real estate is popping in the Poconos @poconotourism and you can see why on this beautiful mountain hike! A lot of New Yorkers are escaping the city and buying up all the underpriced gems along the way, according to the area's realtors. I've been watching some gloriously stuck in the 70s style homes getting snatched up within one day of going on the market! Obviously a big trek from @visitphilly but still not completely out of the question somewhere down the line. I've always wanted a wooded retreat (with waterfalls would be glorious) and perhaps family can also enjoy when we're not using it. Ironically I'm having a ton of blasts from the past lately beginning with a job offer on the East Coast... it's serendipity for sure. There's so much movement right now in a world where nothing is really happening! Gonna sleep on it & see where I end up, wish me luck. 🌲🌲🌲🌲

Wouldn’t it be nice to check in to your room to find a bag of Yo’s FroYo Bites waiting for you on your pillow? I think it would be nice🤷🏻‍♂️😉 Overtime I’m going to try and make that vision happen.

Caught it before closing for the season @bushkillfalls in @poconotourism @visit_pa on those Ewok style steps that lead you up, down and all around the falls! It's super crisp, fresh & rainy in the woods up north from @visitphilly about two hours with super cold nights so layer up and bundle up. Like nature's stairmaster, those well kept steps will burn your buns off... which means eating more leftovers. It's a beautiful area to go for a scenic drive too with the older fam and tons of antique shops abound to search for hidden treasures. Not all attractions are open at the entrance but nature is still open and ready to be explored!
