A beautiful reminder that your comeback story is bigger than you. 🥹✨ At 46, throwing giants is pretty special. But inspiring the next generation? That’s the real dream. I had a fun media shoot last week, but my favorite moment happened completely off-script. If you watch until the end, you’ll see the young team girls pause their own practice just to sit and watch. And honestly, that moment meant so much to me. I normally practice late night with just the adult gymnasts, so the younger girls don’t really see me training. When they came up to me afterward, they were amazed that I’m a mom in my 40s and still doing gymnastics. They told me, “This is so cool! It means we can do gymnastics forever.” 🥹❤️ Two moms sitting on the sidelines even came up and asked me about adult gymnastics. It reminded me that this story isn’t just about me. I hope when they see me doing gymnastics, they see a glimpse of what’s possible for them, too. That their strength, their passion, and their love for this sport never have to come with an expiration date. Never put an age limit on your dreams. 🤸‍♀️💕 I can’t wait for the story to go live! #Thisis46 #AdultGymnastics #AdultGymnast #Gymnast

25 years coaching. 15 years competing for Team Canada , training the world’s best acrobats at Cirque du Soleil. And now? I’m sharing it all For free. 🤸 Here’s the truth: most adult gymnasts are out there grinding through open gyms with zero guidance. No structure. No progressions. No one in their corner. That ends now. I’ve been building a FREE community for adult gymnasts who want real coaching, real progress, and real people cheering them on. Inside you’ll get: → Free training resources & progressions → Weekly challenges & contests → A community that actually gets it Whether you’re chasing your first kip, your first handstand, or your first giant ,there’s a place for you here. This is the bridge between “just showing up” and actually leveling up. And it costs you nothing to walk across it. Want personalized plans or 1-on-1 coaching? That’s available too. But the community? Always free. Link in bio. Come join us. 👇 #adultgymnastics #gymnastics #handstand #calisthenics adultgymnast

✨I did it!💪 Back to back years as the oldest gymnast to complete the NAIGC National Gymnastics Omnithon.🤸💕 The Omnithon includes all 14 gymnastics events: 4 women’s, 6 men’s, and 4 trampoline and tumbling events. The ultimate gymnastics challenge. At 45, I came back and proved it wasn’t a one-time moment. I did it again 💪 After a challenging year of health scares, this year felt especially meaningful. All glory to God 🙏 But the bigger story is the impact and what’s happening around me. More women than ever are stepping into men’s events. My division and the Omnithon participation has nearly doubled. This is no longer just about my comeback. It’s an adult gymnastics movement 💕🤸 Hearing gymnasts at Nationals tell me they were inspired to try the Omnithon because of my journey was incredibly meaningful. That is what drives me. Purpose over podium. For the love of the sport. For the moms. In a deeper, more competitive field, some highlights included placing 🥈 on vault, 4th on parallel bars, 5th on rings, and helping my women’s MAG team earn 🥉. At a time when the world tells women to slow down, especially in midlife and as moms, we are choosing to rise. We are proving that strength and ambition do not have an expiration date. Over 1,700 gymnasts traveled to Birmingham, Alabama for Nationals this year, most of them college students. I absolutely love showing them that gymnastics can be a lifetime sport. Thank you to the NAIGC staff for an incredible and fun Nationals. If a mom in her 40s can overcome severe back injuries, chronic pain, and postpartum depression, then return 27 years later to her childhood sport, make history two years in a row, and be featured in Inside Gymnastics and People Magazine… YOU can do it too. Dream big ✨ #Thisis45 #AdultGymnast #AdultGymnastics #NAIGCNationals
