From taking the class to teaching the class. 🥹

In 2024, I walked into @poestudios_ as a client, never imagining that one day I’d be standing at the front of the room as an instructor.

Two years later, here we are. 🫂

There’s something really special about returning to a space that was once part of your own fitness journey and getting to create that same experience for others.

My first class is officially in the books, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to grow, challenge myself, and continue doing what I love.

Here’s to new beginnings, full-circle moments, and everything that’s still to come. ✨

Catch a class with me starting Wednesday, 10/28 — 🔗 in bio to book

Skincare: @laneige_us ,

Yesterday was such a beautiful event for fp movement x POE x DSG! It was fun, it was hard and we had a lot of laughs. Loved moving outside with my girlies

SLOWBURN has officially entered the chat. A lot of love, a lot of overthinking creating this sequence, but bringing something new to life for our POE family made every second worth it. Xoxo
