October is asking us to hold both, and this month’s Community Care Exchange is here to help guide you to do that. 🍂 The #WeHearHer Community Care Exchange is a space for sharing what supports us — opportunities, resources, and gatherings designed to sustain our wellbeing and strengthen our communities. This edition’s offerings are rooted in courage, connection, and the kind of care that honors everything you’re carrying. To help rebuild confidence, recover from burnout, find community in a judgment-free space, or access therapy that actually understands your story. From an empowerment workshop for girls and young women in Lewisville, TX, to a four-day restorative retreat in Tulum, a monthly women’s circle in Milwaukee, culturally attuned therapy for women of color in New Jersey, and a fundraiser building a mobile bookshop and performance space rooted in poetry and healing — there is something here for wherever you are right now. 👉 Swipe to explore what’s available this month Join us in SeekHer Circle to discover more opportunities and contribute your own as part of the #WeHearHer Advocacy Council. When you look through this Sunday’s map and vendor list, we hope you see what we see: a community of people who put so much heart into what they do, and whose presence makes Coco Market possible. 💗 Our vendors are our family. Many have been with us for years, showing up month after month and growing alongside us. We know their families, their stories, and how much care goes into everything they bring to share with you. We’ve watched friendships form across neighboring booths and familiar faces become part of each other’s lives. Those relationships are such a meaningful part of what we’ve built here together. Their support is the reason we can continue making wellness accessible to our community every month. Behind every free class, shared experience, and opportunity to learn is a vendor family helping make room for all of us to gather. We are so grateful for them, and we hope you’ll take a little time this Sunday to get to know them, too. Stop by their booths. Listen to their stories. Ask about what they create and why they love it. Shop with them if you can, give them a follow, and share their work with someone who might love it. Your support helps these beautiful businesses keep doing what they do and helps this community continue to grow. Join us this Sunday, October 4th, from 9a to 3p at Old School Square in Delray Beach for our breast cancer awareness event with @brcastrong. We’re gathering to bring care, support, and resources closer to those navigating breast cancer, those who have been through it, and the people who love them. There are free activities to enjoy throughout the day, with space to wander, learn, shop, and take part at your own pace. Swipe through the map and vendor list, send this to someone you’d love to spend Sunday with, and come get to know the people who make Coco Market feel like home. There is room for you here. 💗 #cocomarket #wherewellnessmeetscommunity #delraybeach #breastcancerawareness #supportlocal

Some dreams don’t arrive loudly. Sometimes they look like your family standing in front of you, holding the words you once wrote just to survive. And suddenly, the little brown girl inside of you realizes… we made it. 🤎 To my family, I love you @wendymontasp @himom.soto @nyc_finest_one @johnerasmo_ . Thank you for showing up, loving me, and holding me a little tighter on a day I’ll never forget.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating seven Latina founders from our #WeHearHer Advocacy Council who transformed lived experience into spaces for healing, leadership, creativity, and possibility. 🌺 And as you meet them, we have one ask — pass it on. Pass it on to the Latina stepping into her next chapter and ready to recognize her experience as one of her greatest strengths. Pass it on to the woman whose voice deserves more room at the table. Pass it on to someone doing the brave work of healing without dishonoring where they come from. Pass it on to the mother or comadre who deserves to be held by the community she helps hold. Pass it on to the writer in your circle who keeps saying she’ll return to the page someday. Pass it on to someone who needs proof that grief and becoming can exist in the same story. Pass it on to the dreamer who’s ready to turn a quiet hope into a visible plan. Swipe through to meet all seven founders — and then pass the spotlight on. ➡️ Which founder should more people know? Tag a Latina founder in your community below — let’s keep the celebration going. 🌼 — #womensmentalhealth #mentalhealthnonprofit #SeekHer #SeekHerFoundation women’s mental health, mental health support, mental health nonprofit, mental health awareness, women’s wellness community
