Not every road leads us home, not every stumble is good for us. But somehow, each "please wait" is necessary for our growth. Now, it's up to us what we do in that period of waiting : emerge as a blue butterfly or a sloth 🦋 🦥.

4 years and some change of edits, deliberations, and rewriting has come to an end - my completed manuscript is off to the editor 📃 What started as a "what if" and "someday" came to fruitition thanks to @r.cliftpoetry and the Polaris Indie Publishing Scholars, providing me the platform to expand, imagine, and create the completion of my debut ecological poetry collection 🖊 With all chapter arcs aligned, stanzas reviewed, and emotion depictions solidified, my words await eager eyes and listening ears 🦋 Stay tuned for what's in store ✨️ Coming soon to a bookshelf near you 📖 --- Read more @solaceamongsolitude #indieauthor #mmannwrites #poetry #poem #ecological

How much of what we hold is holding us back? - Brushstrokes, black in origin, sweep ambition across a canvas; balloons, intent with rising, enter the quiet alone; hues drifting across a horizon. Release lives on, long after concealed thoughts take flight. How often do we keep the heavy, how long does it hold us under, far from what’s patient, inside the silent vision of our palette? How often does hinder speak? Permanence is not promised. May we reveal our appetite, quenching intrepid stems. May we chase and call to the colors, spilling from new blooms in our sky. - Photo: Pinterest

' ONE FESTIVAL - MANY VIBES ' • Is it Dasara? Or Dussehra or Navratri or Durgashtami? Simple - It is all that! Dasara Heralds Good Over Evil 🔥 From the eyes of Maa Durga to the flames of Ravan Dahan. From homely ghatsthapana and satvik aahar to state heritage's royal celebration. From celebration of knowledge on Saraswathi pooja to breathing life into inanimate things with ayudha pooja. And the Kullu Dussehra and even Bastar Dussehra... More the lesser here... Hearts just finding festivities the much needed rejoicing. Happy celebrations everyone! • #poem #poet #poetry #poetrycommunity #poetsofinstagram Poetry, poetry challenge, poetry society, poetry community, poetry lovers, monthly challenges, monthly prompts, poetry prompts, writing, writers, writer's community, writer's society, writers of Instagram, poets, poets of Instagram, Instagram writers, Instagram posts, poetry support, prompts,
