Revisiting an old @pogomix project on its 7th anniversary. Time flies way too fast. Some of you have asked over the years how I approach my drum parts for such unique compositions and I thought I’d share on that in this short example. Enjoy 🥁

On the 11th of December, I stayed at my college overtime to do extra graphic design work for over 5 hours - as I was pretty behind with my work.

When I felt I'd done enough work, I had an empty studio to pretty much do what I wanted, so I recorded myself dancing to a Pogo album I was listening to whilst I was working for the day.

P.S: Apologies for the rendering issues; I'm still trying to adjust to using my PC again, opposed to my laptop - hence the few errors in here. ;-;

@pogomix vibes ☺️

I truly miss playing these prototype crush kits. What a time that was 😅 ... The one thing @crushdrums has is a unique bass drum sound. Rather if it was on this kit or the sublime x. This kit's kick drum was snappy, warm, and really fun to play! You have to play one yourself, when these come out ... It's serious 🖤

I recently found this track made by Pogo, and I had the urge to make a dance video to how much I loved the sound of it.

This was meant to be an experiment with how I portrayed my cinematography here- hence the sorta untraditional lighting to it, hah-- alongside training my video-cutting, to be able to make my videos feel sharper and sleeker, rather than 'vivid- just cuz'.

I hope that you['ve] enjoyed watching this weird lil' creative itch I made, heh.

This one FO'DEM quartet 🥷🏾s

@pogomix must be getting some INSPIRATION from somewhere, and he's just not telling me 😂

The @officialcantonspirituals basically owns this progression because I never heard it ELSEWHERE Besides this song! But it brings me back to my childhood years with my dad and I love it 🥹

2012 CURTIS Was better anyways🙃

To celebrate 15 years of the release of 'UPULAR' by @pogomix , I did an updated cover of my original one from 2012 .... Soooo many things have happened since then 😅

His music changed my life, and I still dream of the day when we do the drummer+DJ show we had planned ... Maybe one day 😅

This song always soothes me!

God only knows how much I've played this song, since 2018! 😅 @pogomix just knows how to make songs that are so soothing and allows to gracefully touch your eardrums. It's not everybody's cup of tea, but I love it 🖤

I just wanted to play to this joint and hear this $5 ballad snare in action and boyyyyyy it's lovely!

MISS YOU POGO ....

Happy 15th Anniversary, UPULAR!

To celebrate 15 years of POGO's 'UPULAR, I redid my most well received YT cover with studio quality instead of camera audio lolol
