Bodacious Muscadet from massale selections of Melon de Bourgogne planted in back in 1950 within the commune of Mouzillon. Aged 18 months on the lees, first 12 in 450 liter barrels followed by 6 months in underground glass-lined tanks. This powerful and supple wine goes and goes baby. Adroit in the no-nonsense way, this will pair equally well with oysters as it would with the melt-in-your-mouth hedonism of our Parisian gnocchi. Get after it!

@pointnopoint is playing @canyonvibration an intimate two-night dance music campout that takes place on private ranch land in Tygh Valley, Oregon on August 7-9th, 2026. The pip [this pip] is a direct result of diverse auditory semiologies throughout cultures, left turns and right turns, correspondences born of frustration, of desire, of helplessness, and of hope. Binaries do not exist in the realities of pip’s experiential and sonorous leavening. It is a slop and a slap together, intellectualizing in harmony. Waiting for my cab to take me to JFK I think about all of the incredible kind, talented, inspiring, hospitable people I met on the road in the US. L’ECHELLE IS ONE YEAR OLD TODAY!!! If you’ve dined with us once, twice, or many times over, we hope you’ve experienced something special here. Thank you to all of our outstanding guests, friends, family, farmers, ranchers, foragers, chefs, and both the back and front of house rockstars that have made this vision a reality. To celebrate the evening, we’re featuring some mouthwatering delights including caviar (because what better celebrates turning 12 months than noshing on fish eggs from a centenarian sturgeon??), foie gras, allocated Champagne and Burgundy by the glass hand selected by our wine director @michael_jo_garofola and last but not least, the return of the inimitable Steak au Poivre! It’s Thursday, so we should have some space for a few more reservations on @opentable and we always keep our bar available for walk-ins. Come in and celebrate with us y’all, chivalry might be dead in this city but revelry certainly is not! Thank you to our Portland community for believing in this project and showing up since day 1!!! We love you!
