Before Ironman, ultras, and coaching, I played lacrosse internationally for @polandmlax 🤍❤️ That chapter taught me how to compete, suffer, stay disciplined, and keep showing up when things got hard.

But your kids are not living off your old highlights. They are watching who you are right now.

They see whether you still train, still challenge yourself, still keep your word, and still choose to become stronger instead of comfortable.

That is a big part of why I coach the way I do today. I want to help other dads build strength, endurance, and confidence while becoming the kind of example their kids can follow.

The jersey came off a long time ago. The competitor never did.

Do not just tell your kids who you used to be. Show them who you are becoming.

Be Active. Be Present. Be The Example.

Loyola ‘32

I am excited and honored to announce my D1 commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Loyola University of Maryland.

First, I want to thank my parents for their unbelievable love and support, as well as all the sacrifices they’ve made for me throughout this journey. From all the travel, gear, and time, to always being there for me no matter what. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without them. Thank you to my younger sister, Lyla, for always being my number one fan. Thank you for all the early morning wake ups for tournaments, and for being right there on the sideline cheering me on through the cold and rain. I want to thank my Nana for always supporting me and helping me along the way. From the countless drives to practice to waking up early to take us to the airport, you’ve always been there for me. Thank you so much.

Thank you to all my club coaches - Coach Gleason, Coach Ross, Coach Squires, Coach Bertoli, Coach Scott, and Coach McWhirter. I’m grateful for all you have taught me on and off the field, and for guiding me through this experience.

Thank you Coach Plumly, for all that you do to support Polish lacrosse, and develop the sport internationally.

A huge thank you to my Lakeridge coaches - Coach Curt, Coach Frank, Coach Bento, and Coach Pete, for always pushing the team and I to be better.

Finally, I want to thank the Loyola University coaching staff - Coach Toomey, Coach Ward, Coach Dwan, and Coach Cottle, for giving me this opportunity to compete at the next level. I am so honored to be a part of the incredible culture that you have built.

Go Hounds! #loyolalax #rollhounds
