Golden light, open fields, and a few four-legged spectators 🐴🌿 Last weekend, we gathered at the farm with @growmeessentially for an outdoor yoga class filled with movement, connection, and a little country magic. From sun salutations to headstands, we flowed together in Stelle sets, soaking up every stretch and smile. 💙💗 A heartfelt thank you to @growmeessentially and @meet.mova for bringing this community together, and to @purely_grace_beauty for welcoming us to the farm. 🤍 📸 And to @polina.with.camera for capturing the moments we’ll keep coming back to. Joined us on the grass? Drop a 🧘‍♀️ below and let us know which photo you’re in!

A little movement, a little golf, and a whole lot of good energy. 💗✨ Loved being part of the Bounce & Golf Wellness Social at @driveshack , surrounded by inspiring women and such a positive atmosphere! From an energizing rebound workout with @bounceandbeatsusa to beginner-friendly golf and wellness experiences, it was a beautiful mix of fitness, connection, and self-care. And of course, I brought along my favorite @roarorganic drink to stay refreshed throughout the day! 🥥💚 Special thanks to @meet.mova and @polina.with.camera for the invitation and bringing everyone together! 💕 #BounceAndGolf #WellnessSocial #WellnessLifestyle #ROAROrganic #SouthFloridaEvents

We came to Drive Shack for wellness and stayed for the vibes. ⛳💙 B12 shots, body composition scans and a lot of good conversations at MEET MOVA. Wellness looks good on West Palm. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved every conversation. The skeletal muscle mass at this event was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥workouts that build muscle and burn away the visceral fat! As women, building skeletal muscle is one of the best things we can do for longevity, protecting us from insulin resistance, bone loss, falls, and fractures as we age. It’s all about being proactive with your health!
