@polinaserene is a high end cosmetologist who loves working out and improve performance. I introduced Bartenieff’s Developmental Patterns to enhance inner connectivity, core and pelvic floor awareness, and explore where she can find more balance, grounding, Rotation and harmony, so she can feel supported while supporting others.

Now THAT is how you spend a Friday night!

A full house of amazing women taking a little time for themselves. Beautiful portraits, Pilates, sound healing, a little journaling, yummy food, drinks, and SO much laughter!

But my favorite part? The conversations, the connections, and the new friendships made along the way.

This is exactly why I love bringing women together. More nights like this, please!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to @hausofflo for making it such a special night!

✨ Every gathering holds the possibility of something extraordinary. ✨

The magic isn’t just in the venue, the flowers, or the production.

It’s what happens when people feel welcomed, connected, inspired, and part of something bigger than themselves. 🤍

🥂 New relationships.
💛 Shared purpose.
🌿 Community.
🤝 Meaningful conversations.
✨ Generosity.

That’s the experience I love creating.

An Evening in Wonderland came to life because an extraordinary community of sponsors, vendors, volunteers, donors, performers, and partners each brought their unique gifts to the table. Together, we created something far greater than any one person could have imagined, and I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who helped bring the vision to life. 🌙🫶

This is why I love what I do.

Designing experiences that unlock connection, strengthen community, and inspire generosity.

Because the most meaningful moments don’t happen by accident—they happen when people, purpose, and possibility come together. ✨

🌿 Here’s to everyone who made this unforgettable evening possible. Thank you for believing in the vision, sharing your talents, and helping create something truly special.

✨ Come get a facial with me! ✨

I treated myself to the PCA Zero Downtime Peel, by @polinaserene inside @orawellnesscenter and my skin has never looked so fresh and glowy. The best part? There’s no downtime, so you can walk out feeling refreshed with radiant skin.

My treatment included:
✨ Double cleanse + skin analysis
✨ Professional exfoliation
✨ PCA Zero Downtime Peel
✨ LED light therapy to boost collagen, calm the skin, and enhance product absorption
✨ Finishing serums, moisturizer & SPF

I was in the amazing hands of Polina. She js a licensed esthetician with over 18 years of experience. She truly customizes every facial to your skin’s needs, combining advanced skincare with a relaxing spa experience that leaves your skin healthy, hydrated, and glowing.

If your skin needs a little reset or you’re looking to level up your skincare routine, this is your sign to book that facial. Your future glow will thank you! ✨💆‍♀️

I recently carved out a little mommy moment at @polinaserene spa inside of ORA Wellness Center in Tenafly, NJ, and it was so rejuvenating! 🤍

I’m on a self-care journey while still showing up and providing the best I can as a mom—and this was one of those reminders that taking care of me matters too.

With over 8 years of experience, Polina recently opened her luxury European spa, specializing in European-style facials and wellness rituals designed to restore both skin and soul.

From the signature buccal massage and soothing facial techniques to cooling ice globes and high-quality skincare, every step felt intentional—hydrating, calming, and deeply restorative.

And while we don’t always get hours to ourselves, this was a reminder that even one appointment can make you feel like you again.

By the end, my skin was visibly brighter and glowy, as you can see at the end of the video. 🧖‍♀️

P.S. Polina offers evening hours for moms like us!

Share this with someone who needs this self-care reminder 🤍

Self-care isn’t extra… it’s essential. 🤍
