I can’t believe the October shoot has been and gone already!

These guys have made us beyond proud and we can’t wait to show you their journeys and photos from today’s shoot!

We heard them chatting to each other and saying out loud after seeing their pictures, things like:

“Is that me!? Wow!”
“O my god I’m so happy”
“It’s so worth the hard days isn’t it”
“This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself”
“I can’t wait for Mays shoot to see how I can improve more”

And I love that for them because there’s so many people who tell themselves they can’t or don’t want to do a shoot.

When really they’re just afraid to push themselves, fall short, and feel like a failure.

But just like you’d tell them, you often just need good coaching.

Too frequently coaching comes from someone who won’t listen to you, doesn’t care about you, and will just crowbar you into the same cookie cutter program given to everyone else.

So if you’d actually love to see yourself looking like these unreal versions of humans, well then let me tell you that all you need is to commit to the idea and let us guide you there

But there will be plenty of laughs, treats to eat, good food afterwards and you losing to @stephenpollock_coach (Wonk) and I at beer pong on the day 🤷‍♂️

The next shoot is in May next year

I promise you it’ll be here just as quickly as we’ve gone from January to October.

So, you can either be one of the folks feeling epic in May as part of one of these collages or you can waste even more time staring at others doing things you know you want to do.

just ask these guys how good they feel!

DM me for more info 👋

Week 1 of Accelerate complete 💪

And average weight loss over the week of 1.95kg and 3cm off my waist 🤯

This week has come with some challenges but overall I’m pleased with my progress.
I showed up at the gym and even got some solo strength sessions in, even though it’s my least favourite thing to do, and I have increased my water intake beyond just coffee and red bull/monster.

I don’t feel like I’ve missed out and I’m looking forward to heading into next week

8 weeks of focused, all in effort can literally be the spring board you need to reach the body you are after

6kg, 13cms, new habits, new confidence, high motivation and now a focus for the rest of the year for Nick 👏🏻

All from 8 weeks of rapid fat loss on ACCELERATE - then you can see how he took that progression and built on it

Do you think if Nick had lost 1-2kg in the 8 weeks and didn’t see much of a physical change he’d have the momentum and motivation to push on?

I highly doubt it

Is every diet not a form of controlled hunger?

You literally need to starve your body of the energy it needs in order for it to burn the energy reserve (fat) it has.

So where’s the line then?

It’s ok to be a little hungry through the week, but not on a weekend?

Cool, good luck with seeing any change then.

We go fast because we want results for you and we understand that it’s not easy but it’s so worth it

So if you’re wanting some of what Nick has then hit the link in my bio and secure your place on ACCELERATE

£169 for the entire 8 weeks, myself and @pollockcoaching guiding you and results you’ve not seen in years

We close the doors tonight 6pm

Kick off on Monday!

See you there 🤝

How often have you wondered if what you’re doing is even working to get leaner?

Am I doing the right exercises?

Am I cut out all processed foods or carbs?

How many times have you thought to yourself that no matter what you do, you just can’t get into the shape you want?

Is it worth £129 to dispel all of those thoughts and start to make some progress instantly and then you can build on long term?

Because investing in yourself can sometimes be the best thing you can ever do

8 weeks to

Get leaner
Feel better about yourself
Learn where you were going wrong and how to move forwards
How to train properly to build the physique you’ve desired for years
