With a heavy heart I say my farewell to London and CSM. This term felt like a lovely detour from my Chicago trajectory. I got to explore a new country east to west, play a protagonist and a villain in two theatresque productions, dreamed up a significant piece of an immersive show, and connected with a plethora of people who have made their mark on me.
Shoutout the PDP yr 2 crew for welcoming me with open arms.

I had the privilege of creating a series of performances questioning the private ownership of our publicly accessible spaces (kings cross) with the help of three incredible friends:

@lcffdd Year 2 Professional Project complete!
A raincoat and dress inspired by @chopovalowena and exploring the activity of mudlarking and the history of the Thames.
The raincoat features horns inspired by a mudlarked helmet on display at @wearelondonmuseum, as well as cross-stitch embroidery, heart shaped pockets, and carabiner closures.
The dress is made from cross-stitch binca fabric and a found tablecloth.
