🥗 FRESH NEW SALADS HAVE ARRIVED AT FREQUENCIES! 🍉🌿

We’re excited to welcome Sara, our talented new chef, to the Frequencies family! Bringing years of gourmet cooking experience and a proud Italian heritage—you already know it’s going to be good. 🇮🇹✨

This week, Sara has created two delicious new salads:

🍉 A refreshing watermelon salad with cherry tomatoes, creamy feta, fresh basil, mint, salt and cracked pepper.

🍝 A colourful Italian-inspired pasta salad, packed with fresh vegetables, herbs and beautiful Mediterranean flavours.

Fresh, vibrant and made with plenty of love—just as good food should be. Sara will be introducing new gourmet salads every week, so there will always be something delicious to discover!

Come in and try them while they’re fresh. 💕
