Sam has been a leader for @teambasketballpolitics all season, consistently competing at an elite level while demonstrating professionalism, toughness, and a relentless commitment to winning. Fresh off completing his NCAA career, he brought his experience and championship mindset to every game, establishing himself as one of the league’s premier two way players.

Congratulations to Sam Alamatu (@showtimeboii) on being named Week 5 Player of the Game & High Performer for Team Basketball Politics.

The recent NCAA Division I graduate closed out the regular season with a dominant all around performance, once again proving why he is one of the league’s premier competitors. Sam controlled the game from start to finish with his ability to score at all three levels, facilitate for his teammates, and make an impact defensively.

His leadership, unselfish play, and ability to take over when needed were instrumental in Team Basketball Politics’ success as the team heads into the playoffs.

Some players need a few touches to get comfortable. Muhammad Manigat came into the game ready to fire.

The Class of 2028 guard poured in 15 points, added 3 rebounds and 2 assists, and connected on 5 three pointers in Team Basketball Politics (BLACK)’s victory at the @nopoliticsleague.

Muhammad’s ability to stretch the floor immediately changed the complexion of the game. Whether spotting up or stepping confidently into shots from well beyond the arc, he consistently made the defense pay for giving him even a sliver of space.

What makes his performance even more encouraging is the confidence he displayed. Competing in a game filled with older players, Muhammad never looked out of place, embracing the moment and making a meaningful impact whenever his number was called.

With his shooting touch, offensive confidence, and willingness to take big shots, Muhammad continues to establish himself as a young prospect capable of influencing games from the perimeter.
