Spiros Loukopoulos considers himself an amateur photographer. He was born in Patras, Greece, in
1985. What began as a short two-week vacation in Copenhagen back in 2015 turned into a
permanent stay, where he continues to live and work today.

From a very young age, Spiros studied painting and freehand sketching, beginning with hagiography at the age of nine. Over the years, he has explored a wide range of forms and mediums of expression.

Graffiti was his first real love, with a significant role in his life; for several years, he painted on all kinds of surfaces before eventually settling-at least for now-on photography as his primary means of expression.

That transition took place about fourteen years ago, and his practice continues to evolve. Time will show where it leads.
