I’m excited to announce my commitment to Concordia St. Paul to continue my academic and athletic career. I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches who have all helped support me throughout this journey. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you. I would also like to give thanks to Coach Lerner and the rest of his coaching staff for giving me this opportunity. #gobears

Five years.
——————-
Today marks 5 incredible years of ETS St. Croix, and it’s hard to put into words what this milestone means.
•••
What started as a vision has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined, not because of one person, but because of the countless people who have believed in us, supported us, and poured their time, energy, and heart into this journey since Day 1.
•••
To every coach, athlete, partner, family member, and friend who has been part of the story: thank you. Every early morning, late night, challenge, milestone, and victory has helped shape who we are today. This milestone belongs to every person who believed in us, worked beside us, and trusted us along the way.
•••
Five years is something we’re incredibly proud of, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.
•••
Year 6 is about building on the foundation we’ve created: continuing to grow, raising the bar, serving our community even better, and creating new opportunities for our team and our athletes. We’re not just celebrating where we’ve been; we’re energized by where we’re going. WE WILL SEE YOU IN YEAR 6 🙏💪❤️

Studies show the harder the throw, the more break pitchers get. ⚾️

We’re not talking basic curveballs. That basic 12-to-6 breaking, over-the-top arm angle pitch is still a viable option, but breaking balls have become more refined. With so much baseball instruction available, many pitchers seek out a more nuanced approach.

These are the pitchers who throw the best breaking balls.
