1BTN x Vicious Charm are proud to present JIM live!

JIM – aka Jim Baron – releases his new album The Curious Case Of Existence on 18th September via Vicious Charm, following his acclaimed 2023 debut Love Makes Magic.

Love Makes Magic marked the culmination of an experiment that began during the strange days of the pandemic. Cooped up in his studio, Jim started tinkering with what would become a new musical project and a fresh outlet for his songwriting and production. The resulting album became Vicious Charm's first LP release and established JIM as a project with its own distinct musical identity.

Now JIM returns with The Curious Case Of Existence, an album that builds on those foundations while pushing the project into new territory. Moving between warm electronics, psychedelic pop, folk-inflected songwriting and richly textured grooves, the record sees Jim continuing to explore his own musical world while drawing on a wide range of influences.

Several tracks on the new album were overseen by veteran producer and musician Eddie Stevens (Moloko, Sia, Zero 7), who brought ideas, keyboards and guidance to the recording process, adding another layer to the album's expansive sound.

Momentum around The Curious Case Of Existence has been steadily building ahead of its September release. Singles from the album have been very well received at radio, while the album itself has already picked up a glowing four-star review from MOJO, setting the scene nicely for its arrival.

With the new record about to land, this is a chance to hear JIM bring The Curious Case Of Existence to the stage alongside material from Love Makes Magic.

Support comes from writer, historian, DJ and co-founder of the legendary Low Life parties, Bill Brewster, alongside Vicious Charm's Steve KIW.

Running order -

3-4.30pm - Steve KIW
4.30-6pm - JIM (live)
5-8pm - Bill Brewster

Tickets on sale at Dice - https://link.dice.fm/T27972fbfd37

Το “Happiness Is So Sad” είναι το ολοκαίνουργιο single των Swedish House Mafia, με τη συμμετοχή της αγαπημένης Lykke Li!
