Honoured to retain our @michelinguide recommendation for a third year in a row! Taking on our expansion this year was no easy feat but not only did we manage to do it while upholding quality and identity, I truly believe we ended up better and stronger! A true testament to the dedication of our wonderful staff, old and new. Thank you to all!!!!

This is still sinking in.
We are beyond honoured that @restaurant_pearlmorissette has been named #1 on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list for 2025.
This recognition carries real weight for us - not just for the moment, the effort it took to achieve this goal over the years but also for the journey ahead.
We see it as a responsibility to continue pushing forward, holding ourselves to the highest standards (or trying to), and showcasing the incredible ingredients and people that make the Niagara region, and all of Canada, so special.
To our team, past and present, thank you. This is yours and is representative of the good days and the tough days.
To Pearl Morissette winery, RPM Bakehouse, and our incredible farm and garden team. Your work is the foundation of everything we do.
To every guest who has sat in our dining room, supported us over the past 7 years - thank you for trusting us, for your feedback, and for returning again and again.
To summarize, Thank you to everyone for the support. It means the world to us.
We’ll do everything we can to honour this recognition in the year ahead.
*I can’t possibly tag everyone, but you know who you are*
