Still thinking about last week’s Pour Into Her: Pilates & Wellness event! 🧘🏾‍♀️️✨ We had the absolute best time moving, breathing, and recharging with everyone during NCNW Week. In a world that constantly asks women to be everything for everyone, taking time for our physical and mental health isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Women’s Health is a core focus for NCNW nationally and right here on campus. Huge thank you to @drinkryse for keeping us energized with refreshments, and to everyone who pulled up, brought the energy, and showed out for themselves and each other. Reminder: You cannot pour from an empty cup! 💜 #NCNWTSU #TexasSouthernUniversity #NCNW #NCNWTSU26 #TSU

Miss Herald takes on Calming the Court: Pour Into Her 🧘🏾‍♀️✨  A little movement, mindfulness, and community never hurts! The Herald stopped by NCNWTSU’s beginner-friendly Pilates event to see how TSU students were pouring back into themselves and connecting with one another.   Thank you to @ncnwtsu, TSU Nutrition & Dietetics Club, and GirlHood Pilates for creating such a refreshing space on campus! 💜      🎥 Mahogany Gray, Miss Herald

✨ Golden Gal of the Week: Porcia Maxey! ✨ Meet Porcia, a senior from Dallas, Texas, majoring in Biology (Comprehensive Concentration) and set to graduate in Fall 2026. 🌟 Porcia recently completed 100 hours through the MD Anderson Cancer Center College Program, where she created care packages for patients, shadowed healthcare professionals, and assisted with patient care — all experiences helping her pursue her dream of becoming an Occupational Therapist. 🩺 Porcia brings incredible energy, positivity, and engagement to Women of G.O.L.D, always showing up ready to inspire and uplift others. Her drive, compassion, and leadership make her a true standout in our sisterhood. 💛 Porcia embodies what it means to be a Golden Gal … living with Grace, shining with Optimism, rooted in Love, and guided by Dignity. ✨ #WomenOfGOLD #GoldenGalOfTheWeek #FutureOT #tsuwomenofgold #texasouthernuniversity #tsuclassof26
