THANK YOU - for the most inspiring and transformative night of 1—06 in 2024, together with our partners @hoer.berlin & @haderlump.berlin

TRANSITION was more than an event—it was the first immersive experience in Berlin, where art, music, performances and fashion collided, streamed live by HÖR.

Our last experience in the historical theatre Wilhelmine wasn’t just a moment—it was a living experiment, a celebration of Berlin’s subcultures and pioneer creators that belong together: music, performance, fashion in raw historical purity.

These elements didn’t just stand side by side—they blended, performed, and transformed, creating something entirely new.

This night was a clear statement from us in what we believe in: we are here to take risks, to create spaces that breathe and demand participation, to revolutionize the way we connect through art. And we will always live for it, empowering ourselves and others.

To everyone who stepped into our cultural lab 1—06 and became part of this dynamic process 2024—you made it come alive even more. You proved that subcultures grow when we take bold steps, trust the unknown, and live for the spaces we build together. Since day one our community is growing like no other and we cant wait to tell you what’s next.

The experiments, the performances, the connection—they’re moving forward, reshaping what culture can be.
Thank you, @hoer.berlin Thank you, @haderlump.berlin . Thank you, to all our friends and artists, Thank you, Berlin.

Yours truly,
1—06

INTONAL 2025 artist presentation:
Portable presents African Ambient
Portable is Alan Abrahams, a South African-born artist and producer, celebrated for his minimal wares on cult labels like Perlon, Live At Robert Johnson, and K7, as well as his own Süd Electronic label. With African Ambient, Abrahams embarks on a transformative journey, bridging cultures and weaving the essence of his diverse experiences of two continents – he has lived for over 25 years in various cities in Europe – into a captivating musical tapestry. Inspired by a deep connection to his South African roots and a desire to bridge the gap between continents, the project serves as a sonic exploration of his diverse cultural journey, bringing together the rhythms and melodies of Africa with the ambient soundscapes of Europe. As he describes it, “African Ambient is my musical diary, a reflection of the places I’ve called home. It’s a celebration of the diverse sounds and cultures that have shaped my artistic journey.”

For this performance, Abrahams will be using the Ambrio spatial mixer, the first of its kind that allows an artist to mix not only in time, but also in space, incorporating spatial control, effects, and automation.

Blessed new lunar year of the snake 🐍🐍🐍
Blessed New Moon!

ENTER THE
ABYSS!!!

From the depths of the
underground I summoned my latest DJ mix- a raw fusion of dark EBM, industrial techno and tribal body rhythms…
A mind-bending ritual where voices whisper through the noise, grating basslines carve through time, and kicks hit like a spell cast in the void.
This is BODYTECHNO. This is PANTERCORE.

Step beyond the veil. Listen to some of my fav snippets or to the full mix on soundcloud

OUT NOW: Alan Abrahams - Ascend (LP/DA)

South Africa born Alan Abrahams (Portable, Bodycode) has released on such renowned labels as Perlon, !K7, and Ghostly International. With Ascend, he presents his first album on ITALIC and opens the field wide open towards pop. A very mature form of pop music, one could call it ethereal sophisticated pop. He was already no stranger to vocals in his more club-orientated productions, and he has often demonstrated his songwriting skills. Here they take centre stage. It is a lush, urban, soul-jazzy kind of contemporary pop with a wistfully melancholic undertone.

RUMPELNACHT: Portable (Live), Kalabrese, BanzaiXX, Susie Star

Bar3000: Sparkling Romance, Papst1312

WAXY BAR: [Early Waxy Dance]: Mumbi Kameri, Kreshnik
