BETA ASHER 2026!!!

What a blessing to get the opportunity to serve in this ministry again. To trust Gods plan to supersede my own plan for my life provided me with the blessing that was all of Beta Asher. The counselors, the quad, the campers, the BG times, and everything else in between has exceeded all expectations and has had the blessing of the LORD all over this the entire time. This whole experience is a testament to why you should always trust Gods plan for your life over your own!

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans for give you a hope and a future.”

tldr: prayer is lit

In 8 days, God answered 452 prayers. And that’s just the ones that were recorded by a small team of people who committed to pray without ceasing. This God who moves so mightily at camp is the same God when we go home! The question is: are we expecting (and asking) Him to move in the same way? If He so evidently moves in a ministry whose backbone is prayer, what would it look like if we made prayer the backbone of our lives? Thankful for the ministry of Impact and how God has used it to change lives, mine included, by providing opportunities to encounter Yahweh.

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬-‭18‬

There aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am for every person who poured their heart into Beta Asher. Watching this team love each other, faithfully pray, and serve our freshmen so intentionally has been such a gift. God moved in incredible ways this week, and I’m so proud of the commitment each of them showed to Him, to one another, and to every freshman who walked through camp this camp. What an honor it was to serve alongside them. Man I love these people!!🩵🩵

Hebrews 10:24–25
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
