Happy 7th birthday to the best hunk of fur that ever happened to our family 🐾 He loves long walks on the nature trail, pup cups from Starbucks, toys and stuffed animals, paper products, soft things, snuggling with his people, going to Kritter Keepers (we can’t even mention this without him going crazy and running to the car), and he takes his sleep VERY seriously. He’s a real pain at times, but he loves REALLY big 😂 and the joy he has brought our family is immeasurable ♥️ Happy birthday, Moose! 🫎

Ava and I spent the last eleven days and countless hours on the road for lacrosse, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world 💜🥍 We drove to PA, NJ, and MD. We stopped to see Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, James Madison, Penn State and Princeton along the way. We drank lots of Starbucks, listened to lots of Ella Langley, stopped for lots of pretty scenery along the way, and played lots of lacrosse, of course. Got to meet and hang with lots of great new lacrosse friends and see some of our Georgia friends up north. Loved getting to spend this time with my girl 💜 I am also happy to be back home in my own bed 😂

We decided to trade the beach for some adventures in Utah this fall break, and it did not disappoint 🏔️ From sunsets on mountains, to sand surfing, to ATV rides through sand and dirt, to rappelling in slot canyons, it was nothing short of amazing. The sights and geography of Utah are pretty indescribable - I highly recommend 🤩
