POV: Waking up with the sun and checking in with my soul…

Every damn day.

Some mornings the only things holding me together are meditation, deep breaths, a snotty cry, small reminders of the beauty all around me, calling a friend, and scream dancing.

These days it’s mostly dancing barefoot with an open heart and zero shame. Free flowin’ feels DAMN GOOD. There have been more and more of these unbothered mornings lately. Because I’m remaining present, tuning into self and feeling grateful as f*ck.

No toxic positivity here. Just a clear mind and a willingness to shine!

Drop into the comments if you’re willing to embrace your #magic ! 🙂‍↔️

A little secret: we are all made of magic ✨🪄

Let’s tap in!

Embrace the waves.
Dance when you’re lit up.
Dance when your mind is too loud and you don’t feel like getting out of bed.
And at any point in between.
It doesn’t have to look good…
And I promise you won’t regret it!

Remind yourself every morning that something incredible happens when choosing joy before the world creeps in 🐣 it shifts your entire mood! Even when it’s tough, and especially when it feels impossible.

Hopefully some of your days look like dancing barefoot with a full heart and zero shame.

The world needs more people who feel truly alive! 💫

I love you. Come play 💕

🔥 No es solo baile, es actitud.

Siente el flow, conecta con la música y deja que el cuerpo hable. 💥

I had an absolutely fantastic day with my Bollywood friends at the YMCA! We celebrated our friendship and all the wonderful moments we’ve shared together. Laughter, music, and fun filled the air, making it a truly unforgettable experience!#bollywood #ymca #dancer
