It’s officially been 2 years since I graduated from @mcrschart with a degree in Graphic Design.

And I wanted to reflect on everything I’ve worked on since that day.

The piece of paper, your grade, the ‘degree’ itself is pointless (not speaking on every course).

However, the experiences I gained from University have shaped my career so far. The friends, connections, independence & general life navigation.

I may have a shit ton of debt & an addiction to partying now but going to university was the best decision I made.

…even though you fyi, you definitely DO NOT need a degree to learn graphic design or break into the creator economy.

This was one of those personal projects that always kept getting pushed to the bottom of the pile. There are always client projects that pull you away, and trying to balance family time with passion projects is always tough. I really wanted to do something on the side to improve my camera transitions and see how far I could go with a fun concept attached to a tech device. Luckily I found a cool product(s) while doom scrolling and the team at @intechstudio kindly gave us the cad models for their awesome products (though most were remodelled from scratch by us).

Music and SFx by the mighty @rzn_music thanks again for jumping on it with us.

Everything was made in @maxonvfx Cinema 4D and rendered in Redshift. Honourable mentions to @adobeuk Aftereffects for compositing and post bits. #cinema4d #cgi #motiongraphics #vfx #3Dart

Playing to a sold-out crowd in my hometown was beyond incredible. Whether you were there or supporting from afar, thank you for being on this journey with me. Big things are coming—stay tuned for album news soon. You’re all legends. 👽

A massive thank you to everyone who made this night possible: Modestep, Fred V, Something Something, Grafix, Hospital Records, Undivide, HERE at Outernet, Coalition-Audio, Zeal, Positronic and Bigabox.

Special thanks to @gearle__ and @samiktay, who captured the night in spectacular form.
